These terms apply when you use this store or buy from GLORi ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. We've written them to be short and fair; if anything is unclear, email us.

1. Who we are

GLORi is based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States. The store runs on Shopify, and our products are made and shipped on demand by our production partner, Printful.

2. Our giving promise

100% of GLORi's distributed profit goes to vetted charities. "Distributed profit" means what remains after the costs of making and running the business: production, shipping, payment and platform fees, and taxes. Buying a product is a purchase, not a donation, so it is not tax-deductible for you.

3. Products and photos

Our product photos are realistic previews of each design on its product. Colour, print size and placement can vary slightly from what you see on screen, which is normal for made-to-order goods.
Product details, sizes and materials are described as accurately as we can. Please check the size information before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout with shipping and any applicable tax.
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before processing the order and you can cancel for a full refund.
Payments are handled securely by Shopify; we never see your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if we can't make it, or if we suspect fraud, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: if something arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or wrong, or never arrives, we'll replace it or refund you.

7. Reviews

You're welcome to review anything you've bought. Reviews should be honest and about the product and your experience with it.
We publish reviews whether they're positive or negative. We only remove reviews that are spam, offensive, contain someone's personal information, or aren't about the product. We never pay for reviews or edit what reviewers say.
By posting a review you allow us to show it, with the name you give, on this store and in our marketing.

8. Our designs

The GLORi name, logo and designs belong to GLORi. Please don't copy or sell them without our permission. Scripture quotations are used for their message and remain in the public domain or with their publishers as applicable.

9. Using the site

Please don't misuse the store: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

10. Our responsibility

We stand behind what we sell as described in our Refund Policy. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
